"Israel and Palestine – Two States for Two Peoples: If Not Now, When?" is a policy statement by the Boston Study Group on Middle East Peace, a group of professionals and academics with strong interest in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Their jointly written policy statement is a collective enterprise representing a consensus view of the group. In addition to CMES research affiliate Lenore G. Martin, the book's contributors include Alan Berger (Boston Globe), Harvey Cox (Harvard Divinity School), Herbert C. Kelman (Harvard University), Everett Mendelsohn (Harvard University), Augustus Richard Norton (Boston University), and Henry Steiner (Harvard Law School).
