UAE Cultural expert, lecturer and columnist
Dr. Aisha Bilkhair is a UAE Cultural expert, lecturer and newspaper columnist on various topics including cross cultural studies and the development and empowerment of women and youth.
She was a Fulbright Post-Doctorate Fellow at Harvard University (2005-2006) and holds a Doctorate in Arab Gulf Studies as well as degrees in Filmmaking, Electronic Engineering and Ethnic Studies. In 2008, she was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority. Additionally, she is a member of several associations and committees including the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Preservation Committee, Harvard Alumni Society of the UAE and GCC Society for History and Archaeology.
