DESCRIPTION:<p>	<strong>The CMES Arabian Peninsula Studies Lecture Series</strong> presents</p><p>	<strong>Aisha Bilkhair</strong><drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="903eae70-87fb-4578-afde-c20f5fb2d40b" data-align="right" alt="Dr. Aisha Bilkgair" data-view-mode="hwp_small"></drupal-media><br>UAE Cultural expert, lecturer and columnist</p><p>	Dr. Aisha Bilkhair is a UAE Cultural expert, lecturer and newspaper columnist on various topics including cross cultural studies and the development and empowerment of women and youth.</p><p>	She was a Fulbright Post-Doctorate Fellow at Harvard University (2005-2006) and holds a Doctorate in Arab Gulf Studies as well as degrees in Filmmaking, Electronic Engineering and Ethnic Studies. In 2008, she was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.
