Professor Naddaff focuses on English, French, Arabic Narrative; 1001 Nights; Translation; Literature and Music; Arab-American Ethnic Identity; Cross-Cultural Literary Relations between the Arab Middle East and western Europe. In 1975, she received her A.B., Harvard College; in 1975-77, did graduate work at American University in Cairo; in 1978 earned her AM, Harvard University; and in 1983 graduated with her PhD, Harvard University.
