Heba Mohamed

Assistant to the CMES Interim Director

Hebatalla (Heba) Mohamed serves as the Assistant to CMES Interim Director, Professor Salmaan Keshavjee, supporting his administrative duties and global health delivery projects in the Middle East. She is currently pursuing an MS in Global Health and Population at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and holds an AB in History and Science with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard College.

Heba’s professional experience spans academia, humanitarian initiatives, and policy advocacy. In addition to designing and teaching undergraduate courses on refugee crisis response, medical anthropology, and social medicine at Harvard, Heba has worked with Physicians for Human Rights, the International Rescue Committee, the Multi-Aid Programs, and the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, contributing to a number of projects in Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, and the DRC.
