In early April, Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, Director of the Intelligence Project at the Belfer Center for International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School, led a delegation of 11 Harvard graduate students to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consisting of students drawn from across the Kennedy School and the Center for Middle Eastern Studies, the delegation marked the first official visit for the Belfer Center’s Saudi and Gulf Cooperation Council Security Project to Saudi Arabia.
