The Harvard Arab Alumni Association's seventh annual Harvard Arab Weekend will be held November 7–10, 2013. Two CMES Master's students are among the organizers for the event, which is planned and implemented by students and alumni from across the university: Anna Carolin Haleblian '14 is serving as VP of marketing, and Nicole Abi-Esber '14 is VP of operations. Recent CMES graduate Sa'ed Adel Atshan (MES & Anthropology) is also participating as a panelist, to discuss mental health and human rights in the region.
