The Center for Middle Eastern Studies is pleased to present an exhibit of
Arabic Calligraphy, featuring the students of Dr. Muhammad Habib
Please join CMES as we celebrate the work of our students.
CMES/NELC Preceptor in Arabic Dr. Muhammad Habib studied the art of Arabic calligraphy at the Calligraphy Institute of Cairo and has held workshops on calligraphy at universities around the United States. This semester, he offered calligraphy workshops for his Arabic language students at Harvard which has resulted in this exhibition.
Exhibition hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am to 5pm.
Opening reception will be held Tuesday, November 29, 5-6pm at the CGIS Knafel Cafe.
