Managing Editor, Harvard Kennedy School's Journal of Middle Eastern Politics and Policy
Ghazi Ghazi is a first year AM-Regional Studies-Middle East student. Originally from Iraq, Ghazi grew up in the United States and graduated magna cum laude from Oakland University with a BA in International Relations and minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Criminal Justice. He was a 2019 Critical Language Scholarship recipient for Arabic and studied in Meknes, Morocco. Ghazi previously served as the Outreach Editor for the Pi Sigma Alpha Undergraduate Journal of Politics and is currently the managing editor of Harvard Kennedy School’s Journal of Middle Eastern Politics and Policy. His research interests are in Middle East politics and development, focusing primarily on Iraq and Turkey.
