Faria A. Nasruddin
Faria A. Nasruddin is a second-year AM student in Middle Eastern Studies. She obtained her AB with honors in history from Bowdoin College and studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research interests include: women’s writings, feminist approaches to policy, and transnational connections, amongst various histories—social, intellectual, gender, labor—of the Middle East & South Asia. Outside of academia, Faria consults for the Overseas Development Institute on issues of gender norms, broadcast media, and social movements in the Global South.
