Elizabeth Masten

AM Candidate in Regional Studies—Middle East
Liz received her B.A. in Political Science and Near Eastern Studies from Indiana University, Bloomington. Upon graduating, she studied Arabic in Oman and taught English in Egypt before beginning a career in US immigration law. While at Harvard, she hopes to focus her research on the impact of conflict-driven migration in the MENA region on those who choose to leave as well as the communities that receive them.
