DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>The Center for Middle Eastern Studies</strong> presents a talk <em>in Arabic</em></p><p><strong>Zeinab Taha</strong><drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="07f3eb43-3fb9-4368-9f74-f6070e581bf8" data-align="right" alt="Zeinab Taha" data-view-mode="hwp_medium"></drupal-media><br>Associate Professor Arabic Linguistics, Department of Arabic Language (former Arabic Language Institute), The American University of Cairo<!--break--></p><p>Zeinab Taha received her PhD in Arabic linguistics from Georgetown University in 1995. She served as CASA executive director for two terms in 1997 to1999 and 2003 to 2005. She joined AUC as a full-time language instructor in 1981. She also served as director of the AUC Arabic Language Institute from 2005 to 2013.
