DESCRIPTION:<p>	<strong>The WCFIA/CMES Middle East Seminar</strong> is pleased to present</p><p>	<strong>Paul F. Saba, Esq.</strong><br>International Energy Lawyer<!--break--></p><p>	Paul F. Saba is a lawyer in Massachusetts with an independent private practice. He devotes his practice primarily to dispute resolution. He has served as arbitrator, counsel, and legal consultant in arbitration and mediation proceedings governed by ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and AAARules, and by ad-hoc protocols. He has special experience in transactions involving state and private energy companies in the United States, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean and the Middle East.</p><p>	He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, is a member the North American Users Council of the London Court of International Arbitration, and is on the panel of Arbitrators of the International Center For Dispute Resolution of the American Arbitration Association.
