 

#  Former CMES Associate Munir Fasheh at TEDxRamallah

Munir Fasheh, a former CMES associate, gave a talk at TEDxRamallah, an independently-organized TED event that took place in Bethlehem (with satellite locations in Beirut and Amman) on April 16, 2011. Dr. Fasheh's talk (in Arabic), is [available on YouTube](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0MVsJhTdSQ), as are many of the other talks from the event.

Munir Fasheh is a specialist in Arab education and founder of the [Arab Education Forum](http://www.almoultaqa.com/defaultEn.aspx), which began as a program based out of the Center for Middle Eastern Studies. He was a visiting scholar at CMES from 1997 to 1999, and an associate of the Center from 1999 to 2007.
