_Z_
*Tunisian political cartoonist* Heavily involved in the opposition against Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali's autocratic rule, \_Z\_'s satirical cartoons and articles made him one of the most wanted targets of Tunisia's secret services. He has remained anonymous as he continues denouncing the government's antidemocratic practices, and his influence on Tunisia's public opinion remains significant.

In his first public appearance, \_Z\_ will give a **"draw-as-you-speak"-style lecture** while explaining the world of his cartoons. How does he draw Tunis? Islamists? Ben Ali's family? What does this mean in the context of Tunisian politics?

*While at Harvard, \_Z\_ will also be giving a master class on November 13th.*

*PLEASE NOTE*: due to the sensitive nature of \_Z\_'s anonymity, **photography and videography will be forbidden** at this event. Anyone attempting to photograph or film this talk will be asked to leave immediately.
