Chairman, Aldukheil Financial Group, a leading financial advisory firm based in Riyadh; former Saudi Deputy Minister of FinanceDr. Aldukheil’s publications include *Saudi Government Revenues and Expenditures: A Financial Crisis in the Making* (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013) and *The Banking System and its Performance in Saudi Arabia* (Saqi Books, 1995). He earned a PhD in economics from Indiana University and, in addition to major roles in both government and the banking industry, has held numerous academic and research positions, including as a visiting professor at Georgetown University and as a research fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, Oxford University.
