Join two Harvard faculty for an exploration of the tradition of Arabic language instruction at Harvard and the development of the Islamic Art collection and teaching about the wider subject of Islamic Art at Harvard.

The Islamic and Arab world are often in national headlines, but their complex social and political world is often misunderstood. Scholars at the University are part of a long tradition of the study of these cultures, particularly its art. Explore the Arabic and Islamic art collections with expert guides to better understand the aesthetics, symbolism, preservation, and study of this rich artistic tradition.
