**The Center for Middle Eastern Studies** presents a talk in *ARABIC* with

**Ali Bader**  
Ali Bader is Iraqi novelist, poet, and essayist, he has twelve works of fiction and several works of non-fiction, and he has also worked as dramatist. His best-known works included *Papa Sartre, The tobacco keeper*, *The Running after the Wolves*, and *The sinful woman*. Ali Bader is known for developing a new sort of new novel had blended with character study, social criticism, philosophical reflection, and explicit language. He is living now in Belgium.   
  
PLEASE NOTE: this talk will be given in *Arabic*.
